F&B MANAGER: Five-star Boutique Hotel – Ballito, KZN
This five-star boutique hotel is situated in Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal. The restaurant is open for all-day dining as well as dinner. The stylish main house offers accommodation in four guest rooms and three suites and also a self-contained, three-bedroom villa with its own pool, living area and kitchen. The restaurant is open for all-day dining as well as dinner. Highly trained and intuitive spa therapists treat guests on site to a journey of wellness and pampering.
We are seeking an experienced F&B Manager to a small dynamic team. We are looking for someone with 4-5 star hotel experience strong operational skills, naturally creative flair for bespoke F&B creation and pairing and who can work closely with the Head Chef in creating signature offerings. A developed understanding of this is essential.
Key Role: Responsible for the food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional quality with a strong focus on a curated guest experience.
Special Conditions of Employment
•Diploma in Hotel Management required or related tertiary qualification
•Minimum of 3 Years of experience in a luxury Food and Wine leadership role
•A strong and empathetic leader who can communicate effectively with guests, associates and owners
•Strong financial and Business acumen
•Guest centric and service-oriented management style
•Excellent organisational, interpersonal and administration skills
•Proficient in Microsoft office applications, Opera, ESS, HRPM
•Emotionally stable, even tempered, calm
•Effective in creating and fostering an environment of collaboration
Remuneration
•R22 000 – R25 000 (Relating to experience)
•Medical Aid and Provident Fund contribution
